Can I customize my Smart Business Card?


You can customize your card by having your own name or logo printed on your card. Depending on the card you select, there might be some restrictions, however. For more information please email us at hello@tappett.com




Which smart phones are compatible with Tappett products?


Virtually all Android Smartphones are compatible with the Tap feature of the Tappett products. For iPhones, the iPhones X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max would be compatible. In the case of the Smart Business Cards, you would be able to scan the QR code to get connected with those who carry an older generation phone.




Can I get the Smart Business Card with a custom design from my brand or company?


Yes, you can upload your name, or your company name or your logo depending on the product you select.




Do I still need traditional business cards if I have a Smart Business Card?


Tappett Smart card is meant to be a Replacement or Supplementary to your traditional business cards depending on your needs. However, most people decided to get rid of their traditional business cards when they started using Tappett Smart Business Cards.




Do smartphones need an app pre-installed to be able to use Tappett?


There are no special apps required on Android Smartphone Devices, as well as on iPhones of X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max.

However, on older iPhone models such as the iPhone 8, and iPhone 7, you would have to use Apple's NFC Tag Reader option which is automatically available on the latest IOS software update.




What can I do with my Tappett product?


The possibilities are endless with how you can share your personal information with someone. But keep in mind that it is used as a tool to transfer personal information to expand your prospect within seconds.

How long is it going to take me to receive my order?


Standard models can take up to 7 business days for delivery but can be longer, while custom model, while custom models can take up to 20 business days for delivery. Pre-orders require up to 20 business days for production. Please refer to the production time listed on the exact product in which you are interested in an accurate production timeframe. Shipping time is typically 5-10 business days. If you have a hard deadline, please contact us via email before placing your order.




Can I add my logo, picture, or any other information to the exterior design/printed output of the business cards?

Is a network data, or internet connection required for my Tappett to work?


A network to input the data at first is needed, but not required for the instant transfer option.

How safe and secure is Tappett?


Tappett products and profiles are very safe & secure. Our products only work when it is within 1.6 inches of a compatible device.




How long do Tappett products last for?


With standard environmental factors, your Tappett has an unlimited lifespan.




Why do we get only one card or product?


Since our Smart Business Card is not necessarily designed to be passed out, one smart card, smart tag, or popsmart is all you really need.




Can I update/edit my information after receiving my product(s)?


Yes, by login into your tappett.info account, you can update your information online.




Does Tapett work in all countries?


Yes, it does.




Are Tappett products waterproof?


Tappett products are generally splash proof.




Is a monthly subscription required to keep my tappett.info account active and my Tappett working?


We offer both free and paid memberships. However, you can simply continue with the free membership which offers you the majority of functions associated with your Tappett product. Using either the free/paid membership will allow your Tappett to stay active.




Is Tappett able to transmit my data when the other smartphone has a case on?


Yes, we have tested it on multiple devices with phone cases on and it has worked fine. However, there are some cases that block the transmission of data to the smartphone. Simply take off the phone case, temporarily, in those instances.




What is the difference between transferring contact details via a Tap or a Scan?


On compatible devices, you can simply tap your Tappett product against the smartphone to share your contact details; however, for older iPhone models unable to read the data programmed onto the Tappett, you can simply open up the iPhone camera and scan the 2D barcode printed on the Smart Business Card to get your contact details transferred.
